That happened to me once a several months after my relapse last year.  I was at a restaurant with my family and zap, something internal, way down deep just popped.  It seemed so loud and profound I was looking around to see if anyone else felt and heard.

I did end up having a bad night that night, very tired and drained.  Prior to that time, I had had the l'hermettes down my spine when I looked down but that was almost gone by the time this zap hit me.  Hasn't happed since.

It wasn't a jerk or spasm for me but a shock. Audible to me but no one else.

Sorry that you have experienced this "shock" like sensation. Did the feeling go away or did it last for a while? I would definitely mention it to your dr/neuro.

It is always nice when we ses new faces on the forum to find out a little bit about them and what brought them to the forum so if you feel able to share and tell us about yourself we would be interested to hear. Have you been diagnosed with MS and if so how long have you had it, or is this electric shock like symptom the first sensation you have experienced?

Best wishes
