Wow, you should not delay in getting this investigated. You may not be emptying fully, and this can easily cause a UTI.
You don't have to have pain with a UTI. You don't have to have any symptoms at all, as some of us have found out. But they can be very dangerous to your overall health.
Even if your dip-stick test at your GP's is negative, you could have another kind of infection this doesn't test for, so the sample should be sent to a lab. And even if you have no infection at all, the leaking in conjunction with the need to go feeling should prompt your GP to refer you to a urologist, or preferably a uro-gynecologist, for testing.
Bladder problems are very common in MS. If testing should show that you have a neurogenic bladder, that would constitute more evidence that MS is the right dx for you.
