Kyphosis

Hello, everyone. I have a quick question. Can cervical kyfosis cause Lhermitte sign?

   Hello, I too have Kyphosis or at least it was noted in one of my MRI's as
"Mild Kyphosis" or Subtle Kyphosis...i dont remember the wording exactly.
Anyhow, I do not have L'Hermitte's....Thank God!  I have enough of everything
else....Lol

Don't know... I have kyphosis but of the thoracic spine, I guess (hunchback), along with moderate scoliosis (spinal curvature). I have had Lhermitte's since 2000, but neck MRIs have shown no problems except that a "reverse cervical lordosis" was mentioned in one report.

I saw a spine specialist (orthopedist) and asked whether the back problems could be causing the Lhermitte's. He said no, especially because my Lhermitte's has appeared in different places over the years, not always the same place.
