LDN

Anyone using LDN? I have been reading a lot about it....and just curious about how many are on it....and if it has helped in anyway to make you feel better.

I have taken ldn for a year and it has worked really well for me. I don't take any other drugs other than Lyrica for the "shocks" in my legs which are the only reminder I have that I have MS and of course when I go to the Dr.  When I started taking ldn all my fatigue went away. I am back in the gym and taking belly dancing classes. Can't say enough about it

I do take LDN and think it helps me sleep better and be happier and less depressed. Personally, I do NOT hold hard to the idea that it will stop my MS, but it doesn't do any harm so its worth a try. I do feel it helps me feel better.
