Looking for resources

I was recently diagnosed with MS and am on a hunt for all the good information I can find.

What have you used as resources throughout your journey?

What books, websites, etc do you recommend and can't live without?

What would you recommend for the newly diagnosed?

Thank you!!!

I'm still in limboland but NMSS has a lot of info. is also a site that has info I like to use is mult-sclerosis.org. it sometimes gives me a place to start. I don't think it is updated any more.

truethfully the site I can't live without is this one. the health pages have all kinds of info. and the posts help me through each day. I don't post much but I read it every day or serveral times a day. lets me know I'm not alone and I care about the kind folks here.

I use the NMSS they have lots of free literature. They used to have a free book for the newly diagnosed but I am not sure they still do. Depending where you live since each chapter is different they have some good programs. There is MS World I get an update once a week from them. The MSAA. United Spinal Association puts out a good online MS publication and it is not just for people who can't walk well. These are the ones I go to most.
