MS and Shingles

Has anyone with MS ever had shingles?  If so, I'd  really like feedback/opinons :)  Also, never been a chat room before so may be doing this all wrong?!

I had shingles about 15 years ago. Dx'd with MS 3 years ago.

I had shingles twice before being Dx (although I had MS) and finally got the vaccine, despite it being a live virus, as I didn't want it again.

Thanks for the reply!  It is!!!!  I'm 56 yrs old..never had shingles before (MS for 28 yrs.) but am now in the 5th week of my shingles!  The pain is debilitating!  My Dr.'s thinks now that since shingles affects the nerves and MS, of course, is CNS disease..the MS is just maginfying the pain!   Just wondered if anyone else out there has gone thru the same thing??  This is crazy!!!
