Wow. That is so very interesting (not the right word for you, I'm sure!).
You seem to have a history of this symptom. Have you seen other specialists for it?

only on the muscles that cramp, so have hair on inside of lower leg for example, no hair on forearms, toes feet , face, did suffer from major hair loss on head when having kids 24 yrs ago took ten years to grow back, no vitamin deficiency calcium levels blood good.B12 good I'm at a loss here as what to think
Hmmmm. That IS interesting. Is the loss all over or in patches? Have you seen a rheumatologist? Or endocrinologist?

And forgot to say No not diabetes, thyroid, or stress as my muscles cramp over time i have noticed hair loss and the muscles become 'smooth' for want of a better word

No, I haven't experienced this, but it's an interesting question. I know that sometimes stress can bring on hair loss. Or at least that's what my friend's doc told her. Chronic illness can certainly add stress. We all can attest to that!! Do I hear an 'Amen?"
