Migraine? Ear infection? Or a new symptom?

So I've had dizziness for 5 days now. I had a headache Monday night. I get them so often that my sisters call them my "Monday Headache." Nausea and loud ringing in one ear were also added to the mix. I had to go home early yesterday because I felt so lousy. I'm going to my PCP in a few hours. I hope they can tell me what's causing it. I've also fallen down 3 times (including yesterday) in the last month. I'm worried that it's a new symptom that's going to be around for a while. It makes me so sad - I haven't had a "good" day in about a month.

It's a viral inner ear infection. Also known as the kind that only time will heal. She gave me an anti-nausea med. I'm relieved she doesn't think it's MS-related at least. Thanks for inquiring :)
