My skin some times Tingles

I've  had three lighting bolt strikes in my ankle  when bending to get something out of the bottom drawer of the frig,  I now know what that feels like,  I do have one spinal lesion.

Here's my question,  I get these deep chill feeling some times on my skin,  maybe from my mid area down one leg at a time ,  never both & I'm  not cold at all.    Is this just another Sx popping it's way into my life?
I'm not on any DMD'S  yet.

It has cooled down in Illinois,  it's in the low 70's right now at 6:30 pm and a low of 58 tonight  THANK GOD,  its been a very hot humid summer & I have the electric bill to prove that..

Yup, that's exactly what it is.  You should take a look at the Paresthesia health page - here it is.

It feels to me as if I've opened up the freezer, and I'm getting a cold blast of air - but only on the outside of my thigh.  I had about two months where the right side of my face was cold - tear duct, tip of nose, and right lip.
