My symptoms, possible MS, HELP

Let's see I just spent 4 days in the hospital, my dx. was either TIA's and very mild stroke or possible MS, but the doctors just don't know, I am 33 yr old female, I am a nurse and about 10 days ago the right side of my face became a little numb and it started twitching, the twitching led to facial spasms right sided only, went into ER sent home with out dx, so the spasms continued for 6 days off and on then i noticed i could not use my right arm and leg properly, that fastly led to inability to write, slurred speech, unable to speak in complete sentences an the spasms then moved to the entire right side of my body, I went to the ER by that time I had no reflexes in the rt side, I had every test imaginable, after about a day my speech began to return as well as my reflexes and all of my motor function, I do not believe I had a stroke. I have had some weird things happening over the last couple of years that I really ignored, I do wear a pager for work and there has been so many time that I thought it was going off like under my leg, or on top of my leg, on my abdomen, but my pager was never there, but it was the vibration just like a pager, i have woken up 3-4 times hands on fire like they had red pepper under my skin that led to numbness and a hard time usung my small motor function, episodes tachycardia, hypertension, un equal pupils, very hot skin, a rash on abdomen red and very hot, all of these seem to come and then just go away. I also have macrocytosis(enlarged red blood cells) no known cause............Do these sound farmiliar to anyone here that has MS????
                                                                           Thank You............

Had any tick bites lately?  Did they screen for Lyme disease?  I believe that some of the symptoms of that include Bell's palsy, numbness, rash...

My understanding with MS is that you are more likely to see a change in white blood cells than in erthrocytes.  Of course, that would seem likely in Lyme dz, as well.  That I'm not sure about.

Just a thought.

Hi T Ray and welcome to the group. Your symptoms do sound like alot of those here. Actually, those are the 2 diagnosis my doctors are deciding on, multiple strokes or MS. I was 36 when my situation began.
Hopefully someone will also be able to give their thoughts on your situation.

Hang in there
