Is it MS ????

I have had 6 or 7 times of  total loss of feeling in my arms in the mornings or during the night one loss off feeling in leg, brain mri clear, reflex clear awaiting neck mri results can i have ms with the reflex testing being clear ,feel as though it all in my head pins and needles frozen tips of fingers , really looking for anyone who been through the same thing family worried although im telling them docs says shall be ok as they are but i know my body not working properly

Sometimes when you have problems in your spine, it'll cause your extremities to become numb.  If your numbness goes away, it's almost certainly not MS.

had mri on friday not sure if it was spine or just neck doc rather vague but head clear and done things with tongs and reflex and hoping across room wich he said was fine so cant understand the total numbnes i have had from my shoulder to my fingers takes a good five mins to come round had pins and needles in fingers for a few hours in a day x eyes been tested they are also fine x when my arm goes in morning as though i have had a stroke and scares me to think is it going to come back

It does sound like you have some nerve impingement that's causing your arms and legs to be numb.  Have you had an MRI of the spine?
