Need help understaning MRI results.

The impressin from my MRI are as followed:
1. Two or three punctate areas of nonspecific high signal in the subcortical white matter in the frontal lobes.
2. No infarts seen in the occipital lobes, mass seen in the optic radiations or other enhancing mass seen.

Please can someone help me understand what my results mean.
