i seriously needs help im at my breaking point ....

HELLO IM A 24 EAR OLD FEMALE , STARTING LAST YEAR (DECEMBER) I STARTED GETTING REAL SICK . ALL THE DOCTORS I HAVE VISIT TOLD ME THAT I HAVE ANXIETY ATTACKS , OR HEART BURN... WHICH I BELIEVE ITS A LITTLE MORE SERIOUS THEN THAT . MY SYMPTOMS THEN WHAT AN AREA IN MY RIGHT CHEST AREA , RACING HEART ,HEADACHES ,, HANDS SHAKING AND BAD CASE OF ACID IN MY THROAT ... THEY HAVE ME ON LEXAPRO AND IT STARTED TO WORK  .. TIL NOW MY WRIST,KNEES,BACKOF MY LEGS ( FEELS LIKE A MUSCLE IS TIGHT ),& FINGERS JOINTS HURT , MY RIGHT LEG SOMETIMES GETS NUMB OR IT FEELS HEAVY . IT HAPPENES EVERYDAY ... MY DOCTORS HAVENT RULE OUT ANY SERIOUS PROBLEMS SINCE I HAD CHEST X-RAYS AND A BONE SCAN DONE . COULD I MABE HAVE LUPUS OR MUTIPLE SCERLOSIS

To me it sounds a lot like an anxiety disorder as many ppl with this do tend to become overly sensitive to how there bodies are acting, like every time your heart start beating faster you tend to stop everything and the muscles in your body tend to tences up and causes the pain,numbness and heeavy feelings that you are going though but I'm no doctor just someone that has gone though what I would call an anixety disorder

I'm not a doctor but your symptoms seem more like panic attacks rather than MS.  I would start documenting exactly what you were doing when symptoms present themselves.  I would also look at what you ate, your overall health, and what the weather was like.  This will help you to find patterns that trigger your symptoms as well as give your doctor more information inorder to better diagnose you.  Good luck.
