Still worried about MS

I last posted in 2012 towards the end of the year. I had been having multiple deficiencies (thyroid, cortisol) and had somewhat "recovered" from many symptoms (tiredness, muscles twitching) except for my arm muscles that were still weak at the time (for over a year). THen in December 2012, I had a complete recovery. I felt really well until December 2014. Now I'm having neuro issues again. Left leg started tingling and then went heavy. Left arm is crampy and I'm really exhausted. This happened while I was on an antibiotic. I think it is a bit strange. But of course, I am still worried about MS because a few years ago I had an MRI and the two lesions were "atypical" of MS. Anyone have any idea what can be wrong? THis is very similar to the 2011/12 episode but this time NO deficiencies are showing up.

Hi Kyle

Thanks for the reply. I meant to say no deficiencies have been identified (thyroid, D3, etc). I made an appointment for Monday with neuro. Feel really strange - like now on my left side, the left arm has also become tingly. Sometimes on my face as well.

Hi nin - Welcome back.

You mention that this time there are no neuro deficiencies showing up. I'm not sure what this means. You did mention that you were having symtoms.

That the lesions found in 2012 were atypical of MS does not mean they aren't MS related. One thing about MS is that very little can be ruled out absolutely.

Have you made an appointment to see the neuro? I would :-)
