New Job

I am thinking of accepting a new job and I am curious if I have an obligation to inform them of my past medical history?  I have as I posted before the symptoms of MS, but nothing has been diagnosed yet.

I am also concerned about the insurance change from one company to the next.  Does anyone know if the new insurance company would have a right to classify this as a pre-existing condition, leaving me with no insurance?

Anyone advice is welcome.

All these questions are tricky. I have ideas but would hate to give you the wrong advice since so much is at stake. Our local Chapter of the NMSS has a person who deals with this.

I might start with the NMSS here is a link on employement
