First I would like to ask if the pain is also in your cheek and mouth and is it limited to those areas or does it also sometimes extend to other areas on that side of your body? Also do you have flair ups that cause swelling in one side of your face? If so you might want to talk to your Neurologist about Trigeminal or another form of neuralgia. It is a common co-morbidity in MS and very painful. Hope this helps.
