My cousin's husband is on full disability from the effects of Agent Orange. I'm so sorry for anyone who's had this.

Kelly,
Sorry your dad got sick from Agent Orange.
Thanks Alex. My dad had a full military funeral with the gun salute. He died at an early age - a victim of Agent Orange.
And thanks to all the other veterans and their families - for their service and sacrifice.

Armistice Day
I feel particularly moved this year by thinking of all those who have served in the army both in the Uk and our allies and fellow partners. I cannot feel anything but relief now that my husband is back from Afghanistan and thank God when I see another soldier returning in a coffin, that I am not one of those bereaved wives.
I have been asked to lay the wreath on Sunday at our village service (as my DM is en route for Germany) and this will be an enormous honour.

Doublevision,
Oh I love the red poppy!
Thinking of our servicemen and women past and present on this Remembrance Day, and wearing my poppy proudly.
I am a very proud Papa of an Air Force Staff Sgt. My son has been to an "undisclosed southwest Asia" location twice now. He loves his job doing jet engine maintainence and was even awarded a Brigadier General's coin for a job well done.
And Many Thanks to all who have served.

Mary,
Some how I missed the fact that you served this great country. Thank you!

You are welcome, one and all. It was an honor and priviledge to serve under the red, white and blue.
I add my admiration and thanks for others who served in times of conflict past and those still serving today.
Mary (Go Army)
SALUTE!!!
