Dental implants are Titanium or  Non-ferrous Stainless Steel.  They have no magnetic properties and are safe.  Most pacemakers would be safe, except that the shut off and can be damaged by the magnetic fields.  I have a Pin, some wire and over 100 surgical staples that have done fine through two 15,000 gauss MRIs.
