O.T. MS Joke, does anyone have joke to add?

I saw this the on a Web site the other day, it reminded of how much time I wasted with the three Neuro's I saw and still paid full price.


A gentleman, experiencing numbnesss and tingling in his feet, suspecting he had MS, went to a local neurologist. After a long wait in the exam room, the neuro entered and glanced at the man on the table. He read the chart, asked a few questions, and excused himself from the room.

He returned with two black dogs and a cat. The patient was asked to stand in the middle of the room, as the dogs sniffed and raced around him. The cat just sat on the exam table and stared at him. All the while, the neuro wrote frantically.

Finally, he announced that the man was fine, as he handed him a bill for $3,500. Stunned the man asked, "What in the world is this for?" The neuro responded, "$1,500 for running labs and $2,000 for a cat scan."

The neuro had a holistic approach to treating MS.  He begins a list...no red meat, no salt, no alcohol, etc.  The patient interrupts, "What about sex?".  He answered, "I'm seeing someone".

This comes from Jonathan Katz, a comedian, that has MS and uses his humor to cope with the MonSter.
