is this an ms symptom or just my weird body?

Hi all .
Just wanna say thanks again for all your replys to my posts  and patiance with all my questions which Im sure you' ve all heard before.
Tomorrow is my nuero appointment and I've wrote things down and been trying to pay extra attention to all the weird things going on with me.

Here's my question  I work for a large retail chain and part of my job has me walking around for a few hours straight.. dealing with customers.. sometimes working on registers and returns etc,  I find that as the day goes on the dizziness I have increases to points where I'm holding on to things to keep my balance. Along with this the blurriness in my eyes starts to get worse. Im also having problems making change  and making quick calls on returns basic rules we have etc. Its almost like things I've known for years and that came very easy for me are hard to do now. Saturdays are very busy there and I am in charge of the front end and I'm really having trouble with all this. I know people are noticing . One other person said to me I'm shaking like tremors and asked if i was on some medication. I don't even know how to answer this.
Ok the second part of my day is spent in an office (sitting down thank god)counting money I don't have trouble mentally with this because its a process I have memorized . Do all the steps count all the money enter the data in the computer prepare The bank deposits and I'm done. The thing is (and I know I'm being long winded here)when I stop my morning running around and sit down to do my office work,,,,  a side from have legs  feeling like they weigh a ton each . As I sit there working my muscles are twitching Like they don't know it's time to stop moving now.  I get this annoying (not painful) tingling or like shock like sensation going from my neck to my right shoulder. I move my neck it stops and the comes back again. So my whole work day is becoming harder and harder on me. I also fell asleep for 3 hours when i got home from sheer exhaustion . I feel like I'm losing my Life to all this cr@p!..... What do I tell people at work Or just not tell them anything?.... Do you think all this is due to having possible MS Or Am I just paranoid ?.... Do others here have increased symptoms with activity?... What of these symptoms should I bring up with the neuro. I want him to take me seriously and not just blow me off because I might be over reacting to things>

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for the reply, With all the blood work i had i was kind of picking lyme Antibiotics and maybe get improvement  But i do know lyme can be very destructive too. I'm 43 but I'm having my Mom come in from PA to go to the doctor with me for support and because I'm as agressive  as a butterfly'
. She can  be a little pushy(Gotta love mom for that).I just don't have the energy. With a negative LP and not showing up positive for any ms mimics I think Or I'm preparing myself to walk out of there tomorrow without a whole lot of answers about
whats going on.  Do you know I never asked How many lesions I have . I only know that they are indicative of having MS. I'll grab all my test results from there and seek a second opinion if He dosn't have any ideas. I do know from 2 years ago until now I am slowly going down hill.  I do so appreciate all the help I'm getting here and I'll post tomorrow hopefully with some answers Thanks Kare

Hi Chinacat,
When you walk and move around, you are slowly warming your body - even the slight change in body temperature can affect your symptoms if you have MS.  It doesn't take extremes to do this.

And yes, most of us have symptoms that speak up loudly when we are more active.  Exhaustion, fatigue, and tiring easily all are part of this disease.

One thing good neurologists are interested in is hearing how your symptoms are affecting your daily life.  You have given us the perfect example here of how you are struggling with whatever is going on with your health.

We can't make a guess as to whether this is MS or not, it takes much more than that to be sure, but it does sound like something neurological is going on with you.

Good luck with the neuro - we will be watching for your update tomorrow.
