Hi Everyone,
Yesterday late afternoon I had unrelenting severe pain on the left side of my face. It almost felt like it was a tooth that needed to come out ASAP or a root canal or something. I'd say the location was on my upper gum or on my cheek below my eye - somewhere in between. It lasted for several hours.
I've had numb/tingling/pinpricks/zaps on the left side of my face before - which included my left upper lip, my cheek (inside & out), my gums, and part of my tongue, and also up by the side of my left eyebrow. However, this pain was different than that.
Now, today the pain in mysteriously gone (happily for me). But now I'm wondering what the heck was it. I would think if it were a tooth, then the pain wouldn't stop. And I've been to the dentist fairly recently and they made no mention of any problems with my teeth.
Could this possibly be what I've heard other people talk about on here - perhaps associated with my MS?
Thanks, and Happy New Year Everyone!
-Kelly
