Thanks... it seemed to ease some and yet it's not all gone yet... they have a way of sneaking back in on me in the afternoon on the 2nd and 3rd days, and i think that hopefully by tomorrow the remainders of that migraine should be out the door. I hate them.
I'm on Topamax to block them, and I have a new med that is a slow release that does a good job of taking care of a migraine once it occurs for about 36 hours (only leaves my slightly light headed).
Well, I'm off, I've papers to finish and finals to study for... I'll stretch this achy brain as far as it can go and then crash in a dark room with that ice-pack you mentioned!
I'm going to treat myself with a nice haircut on wednesday, and that will be a nice cheery upper to top of finishing college!
Thanks for all your wonderful support!!!!!!!

Sorry that you have not been feeling so good.
Try an Ice pack for you head, when a migraine comes on. It should help a bunch. Also call to get on a Migraine preventative medication so you have something to stop it in its tracks. Until you get back into see the Neuro, because Nov. is too long to wait and Migraines are no fun at all.
Best of luck with all the wonderful things going on in your life and Congratulations!!
Hugs,
Aura
He Sunny,
Glad you've gotten a little relief. Please, if these migraines persist. Call that office, and tell them you need to see someone right away ref. the migraines. If not, call your primary.
You sure do push well through these things. Your attitude and strength speaks through your words. This your friends will recognize. Your doing good despite how you feel. It might not get better soon, but hoping it eases up enough for you to continue through.
Thinking of you,
Shelly
Thanks.... and like I said, I sure do feel better today... my migraine has eased and it's a lot "sunnier" in my life again.
Again, thanks so much for posting, it always means a lot!

Sorry you feel so bad right now, but I do understand! I had a sudden onset on vision loss and neurological dysfunction two years ago, and it came out of the blue, suddenly!!!!! I have felt about every imaginable feeling about it since then, but mostly worried that I won't be able to be healthy enough to finish raising my three boys!!!!!
I was 39 when this hit and my life got turned up side down! I can't imagine how hard it has been on you being so young and active, but don't give up hope! There will be light at the end of this tunnel, I promise!!!
Eventhough I have not went through anything like this before in my life, until now, I still have lived through some pretty hard things!!! Life has a way of working itself out some how!!! It will be better, and even if you don't see how right now, just keep believing and praying and you will see one day that I am right!!!!!!
Life sure isn't fair! Is it? But the hard things we have to go through is what makes us stronger for whatever is to come!!!!
Hugs,
~Santana~
