Basically, the higher the total number, the more QOL, supposedly. It is a scale of 0-100, with 100 being the absolute highest number you can achieve.

NMSS asked me to use this survey with our swim participants - I actually had a person tell me it depressed her so much that she didn't want to even come to the swim group. I felt bad for her.
This test can be an unsettling reality check if you have experienced major changes.
Whatever you do, if you take the MSQOL54, discuss the problem areas with your medical team and see what changes can be made to improve your situation.\
