Darn it! I was going to comment on this a while back before everyone else did that I often have to check my pocket because I think my cell phone is vibrating. Not helping my denial. Time to switch pockets and see if Mr. Phantom Cell Phone goes away.
But seriously, is that a neurological symptom or just being use to the phone going off so sometimes think it is-- i.e. normal?
We here call it the phantom cell phone on vibrate. I mentioned it to my MS neuro and he laughed and said he heard about it all the time.
My knee used to do that all the time... drove me crazy.
Yep I thought I had my cell phone which I keep on vibrate in my lap the first time. Lol!
It does nothing just nerves getting mixed signals.

i've had that afew yrs ago it went away thank goodness - it actually traveled from my groin to hip it would pulsate on for 30 seconds or so would'nt matter if i was sitting or standing - i was fearing at the time it was just going to stay turned on yikes!
Hi and welcome to the MS forum here. This is a great community who will be happy to help .... perhaps if you tell us a bit more of your story - like do you have MS? - we'll be able to do even more.
I'm sorry but I can't quite figure out what question you might be asking.
welcome again,
Lulu
