I thought I was skipping drs. this week but am now scheduled Friday afternoon to see my PCP to review glucose test results and to discuss the ever present lump/knot/bubble in my throat.  And no, I don't think it is globus hysterica,  though it does sound nice to maybe have some illness in my head instead of my body! Tuesday...Lung Function Exercise Program...3 HOURS LONG...wish me luck!!!

Wednesday...Group Therapy where the therapist only speaks if he can get a chuckle from someone, otherwise he just sits there looking stupid...

Thursday...Appointment with gp for flu shot, letter from me stating why I need to be under a neurologists care and stating which neurologist I want to see and telling her which neurologist WILL see me with a letter from her...all of this after my flu shot I am thinking because otherwise I am sure she could make that flu shot awfully painful don't you think???  It will be interesting to hear what she has to say about the neuro/psych testing and she has never even mentioned anything from the lung doctor appointment...perhaps she doesn't want to admit she was wrong and had me on the wrong meds for my lung problem and that I needed further help in the form of the lung function clinic...hmmm...another dr. with her panties in a knot...we shall see I guess!

This afternoon, regular follow up with my ophthalmologist to have my eye movement tested again, to find out if there has been any further improvement in my double vision.  Also to pick up a copy of my neuro-ophthalmologist's report from my appt last month.

Monday--appointment with a retina doctor, for reasons I don't understand, but if it helps differentiate my eye problem from my central nervous system problem, what the heck.

Friday--my follow up appointment with my MS neuro to go over all the new MRIs, SSER, and get some cognitive and dexterity testing from his psychologist.  Maybe it's Answer Day.

Friday night--sleep study (in my MS neuro's sleep lab) to get rigged up with a CPAP.

Oooh - good luck with that.  Have had the pleasure of removing an oesophagal tube in my time and the poor patient just wasn't enjoying it, can't imaging why?  There's just no pleasing some.  Sorry for the awful sarcasm.  Seriously, hope all goes well with appointments.

Personally have eye hospital Tuesday to see once and for all what is going on, refraction test, visual field and dilatation, with the consultant who accepts no questions.  I will just have to chew gum all the way through or something.  They're all the same there, so no point asking for anyone else, he's the clinical director.

Wednesday have an assessment for a disability pass for subsidised taxi rides.  They give you so many a year and cover most of the fare.  Can use regular cabs, as long as they're signed up to the scheme.

Rest of the week is the usual arguing and fighting with everyone.  No change there.

Tried my infant school attempt at an MRI reading on the other post, did you see it and take it for what it was, unanswerable, or haven't seen it?  Really trying to comment on someone who is explaining something she doesn't understand is beyond even your super powers I think.  Should have just written "blobby brain - mean anything?", is about as much as I can get out of the scan.

If your arm feels better, who cares what they physio thinks?  Go see them when it's bad maybe, or are they too booked up?  Like my sleep problem, since they booked me in for a study I started sleeping fine, but last night had an episode, phew!  Thought I'd got better or something.

Should have left for work 30 minutes ago, not even dressed.

Have a good day, night, week :)
