Several lesions in my brain, muscle spasms, balance problems. Could this be MS?

Have had 3 Brain MRI's in the last 5 years. The last one showed several lesions in many areas, one in particular more pronounced in the Peri-ventricular region. Have muscle spams in my face, particularly right side mouth droop. Toes curling, or spreading out, with foot bending inwards. Legs get muscle spasms and feel like the worst charley horse ever. Head tweaks a little sometimes, a quick spasm where my head turns a little to the left by itself.Crescent shaped jagged colored lines appear sometimes in the my field of vision, both eyes but no migraine after. Days and days of migraines, some with some without eye pain. Speech problems intermittent, memory problems, falling problems, body pain constant.Family history of Parkinson's. Current neurologist says Dystonia of the Face, Myoclonis of the legs. She says the lesions are not MS, and says I don't have Parkinson's. I want answers. MRI of neck shows at the C4-C5, C5-C6, and C6-C7 levels there are posterior disc protrusions and posterior osteophyte formations. These indent the ventral thecal sac and touch the ventral spinal cord.Similar issues in thoracic and lumbar spine. Just not answer on really what is wrong. I keep thinking MS.
