Is this Lhermette' s sign

Hi, I am having a question regarding Lhermette's sign, I am from India.
Recently for last two weeks I am having this weird sensation when I bend my neck forward.

I feel a buzzing sensation in my lower abdomen and genital area, I had this sensation for about 10 days and after that it started to become weak and now I feel a week buzzing sensation in my right feet.

But the buzzing sensation is so weak now that I almost cant feel it after couple of times.
Also I don't have any other neurological symptoms.
My question now is, what I felt for last 2 weeks is lhermette's sign?
Because all these sensation started after I donated blood. But checked for b12 level and its normal - 431.

Thanks
Suresh

MRI without contrast of Brain and C-spine came back normal.
But I am having few new symptoms, in my base of my palm I can feel vibration and see skin jerking in 2 areas, and also I feel same sensation in my feet.

Hi Guitar_grrrl, Thanks for your reply...

Yes, I went to a Neuro who did series of physical examination like eye movement, balance, senses etc and he said my reflexes are perfectly fine and he does not see any compelling reason to order MRI, but I insisted for MRI of Brain and c-spine which I will be doing this weekend.

Let me give more information about my case, last year I was 175lbs, I started to reduce my weight and now I am 149lbs, i was able to do this by diet and Gym and everyone known to me say I become very slim and look weak, these symptoms started few days after donating blood and after a hard weight session, i have stopped going to Gym after these symptoms.

And again now the symptom is almost gone, so I was wondering if this could have been something to do with general weakness or a strain that could have happened with the Gym weight session.

And again thanks for your help.

Welcome!  It does sound a little like L'Hermittes sign.  Your B-12 level may be in the normal range for your doc, but 500-550 would be better.  I would consider 431 low.

Have you spoken to a neurologist about this?  Do you have any other upcoming tests?  An MRI would be helpful, as well as a full neuro exam.

Do keep in touch, and let us know what you learn.
