yogability

Has anyone tried yogability? Yoga from a chair...looks like it might be good. She teaches yoga to MS patients. For me, I can't walk that well, so I thought I'd look into it. Another way to empower myself.

Yoga is supposed to be very helpful for MS patients.  My only caution would be, if you have lower back issues, certain yoga positions and movements can aggravate the lower back.  If you do have back issues, you will know what to avoid just by seeing the position.

Yoga is a great way to gain strength and flexibility.  Let us know how it goes for you.

Hi,

I reckon it sounds great.  Go for it and let us know!

I have been doing regular yoga once a week for the past few months and I think it's wonderful.

It can only help.

Have a great weekend.
