Hi and welcome,
From my understanding when 'end plate' is mentioned in the lumbar region it's often relating to spinal degeneration ie degenerative disc disease, stenosis etc so i would think that part is meaning your spinal MRI shows early signs of degeneration which isn't generally findings associated with MS.
The corona radiata is basically a bundle of nerve fibers located in the brain, these nerve fibers carry information between the brain cells in the cerebral cortex and the brain cells in the brain stem, the corona radiata also receives it's blood supply from small branches of the arteries in the brain......T2, Flair, diffusion are basically the different MRI sequences they use.
If your MRI report is only specifically mentioning this, it's basically meaning you have 1 brain lesion, which is 3 mm in size. note 1-3mm lesions without any other specific identifying details are typically classed as unspecific white matter micro vascular lesions or small vessel infarcts.
To be honest i don't think your brain and spine MRI's are particularly suggestive or consistent with MS, do you know if this was done on a 3T and with MS protocol?
Hope that helps........JJ
