Unusual vision problems

I recently went off Copaxin to try to conceive.  Almost immediately I began having vision problems that manifested while driving.  I had trouble with blurriness, judging the distance of the the vehicles ahead of me, etc. along with forhead fullness and palpitations.  Sudden movements make me dizzy and I have a "feeling" of not being well.  I have seen neurology and they tell me it would not be from going off the Copaxon and they do not think these are MS symptoms.  They have no advice. I have seen opthamology and vision is good and no sign of optic neuritis. Any advice?  I wish you were back at Jefferson!

Hi there,

Welcome!

Well, you are stuck in "not knowing" aren't you?

Not good.  Can you call your Copax nurse? Maybe they would share their experiences w/those who have gone off of it.  Also, I would get a 2nd opinion if you are in position to do so.

They should not have left you hanging with "no advise" as to what to do.  It's unfair, and it's dangerous, especially since you are having problems w/your eyes.  Was this a neuro-opthamologist?

Thank you for coming along.  I hope you are able to get some help.
Hope to see you around,
Shelly

Blurriness, depth perception problems, and a feeling of dizziness are definitely from neurological problems.  I have those quite often, especially blurriness and dizziness.
