Yike IKE is on the way!

Please keep southeast texas in all your prayers...Ike is expected to strike in this area Sat am.. We are under an mandantory evacuation...Waiting for Hubby to get home to complete battening down the hatches!!   they are expecting  a 15 ft storm surge and we are on the water..on a more positive note got my appt with a neuro-opthamolgist for next friday..very excited..ins covers her and she spends app. 6 hrs with her new pts...her speciality is dx, MS, and other auto imuune disorders...God is good!

will be taking my lap top to my nieces house..that is where the family will gather...I'll keep in touch...We live right outside of Galveston...GO AWAY IKE!

My prayers are with you guys down south in the Galveston Bay area.  I love Galveston and hope the damage there is minimal.  Please be safe and get out of there before all of the people decide to leave in the Houston area.  

Best of wishes at your neuro-opthamologist appointment.  My goodness!  Six hours is a lot of time to spend with her patients!  I hear that there's lots of good doctors in the Houston area.  Keep us posted on how that goes.

Thanks gang...I've been trying to get things together before hubby gets here...but I've done all I can for now..I have to go lay down..and that is exactly what I am going to do..
my body is screaming at me..stop!
