I'm actually not sure what the question is... but it seems unlikely that an aneurysm is causing your problems.  With optic neuritis and punctate lesions, I think your next step is to get an LP.

Lisamarie,
I'll try to tackle some of what has you worried, but please remember we are not doctors here.

Being hypotensive is so much better than hypertensive.  Low blood pressure is a good thing, but too low will make you feel lethargic and symptoms of dizziness. I run 90/60 as an average.  As long as you can function, the low BP won't hurt you.  A tip from my cardio - he had me add salt to my diet to increase my BP.  Your low BP is certainly not an indicator for an aneurysm to blow.

The circle of Willis is the blood circulatory system in our brain/neck that brings the blood to our brain.  I am not sure what they are saying in your report about this vital system, but please know it has lots of safety backups in our system,  If one route of getting blood to our brain isn't working correctly, there are alternate routs.

I would guess that migraines are the culprit for the headaches and not a pending aneurysm.  From what I know, the extreme headache with a brain aneurysm is immediately followed by the rupture that can kill you. You won't be around long if that happens, so you can probably put that worry aside.

Migraines can cause brain lesions, but I'm no expert on that one.  The non-specific pattern of foci could be a variety of things, but the fact that you have had ON tells me that probably more is going on here than migraine .

When do you see your neuro to go over these results?  I hope you don't have to wait too long to have some answers.

be well,
Lulu
