numb between the legs??

Just curios-
Over the last couple of months at random times I will get numbness in my lady parts area and sometimes upper thighs, then when that wears off it aches for about an hour. It feels like the area "falls asleep", much like your foot when you sit funny. Is this common?

I get this feeling when I have to pee!  Or at least, I go in and try because I think that's what it means.

I've also had the fun feeling of being bitten or stung down there at night when I'm over tired.  I get it in my feet, too, but it's a bit more uncomfortable on my lady bits!!  I know it's just parasthesia but it sure is unnerving!

This was one of my first symptoms as well.  I find that the sensation returns when I over exert myself.  While the feeling is unnerving I've found that it doesn't impede my daily functions.  I've come to think of it like a notification system.  When the tingling starts I know it's time for me to slow down.  :)

It happens to me too. Glad to hear I'm not the only one; I've always been to embaressed ask if it happens to other people. I'm typically very shy and felt weird about asking anyone.
