I use to love the hot weather, and it never bothered me. Now I can't be out long at all because I get all kind of symptoms.
I work in a small town pharmacy and looked forward to the daily walk to the bank to do the store banking. Now just the few blocks in the heat can wipe me out for the rest of the day. I find most of the symptoms will subside after I'm back in the air but my brain goes to mush, and the fatigue sticks around for a good part if not for the rest of the day.
I hate it!
I was never much for the colder weather but at least I can function in it.

I have the same heat symptoms, with severe mental and fatigue. You can try a cooling vest if you are going to be outside for very long. Otherwise, just stay inside and wait for cooler weather :-}

fortunately it appears our unusually hot weather is coming to an end tomorrow!  Hang in there and I hope next summer is kinder to all of us.
