is there cure forMS

I am 35 yrs old female married.I m MS patient and had two relapses in 15 years.firt in 2000 and second last week which was headach and neck spasism.In firt relapse got the left leg numb but after few weekks it remit ted by its own. In MRI have 11 little leisons on brain.but not have had symptoms I want to ask u hould I take b12 tablets if yes twice a day?

Kyle has given you some good advice, and I'd ask my neurologist before going on b12, your levels may be adequate as they are.

Hi Mahroz - Welcome to the group.

If you've experienced muscle spasms in your neck and had your left leg go numb, you have had symtoms :-)

Sadly there is no cure for MS. Many of us with MS have low b12 levels and take supplements. I cannot advise for or against taking b12. This is a conversation you should have with your doctor.
