Where to go from here?

Well.......I am at my wits end.  For the last several years I have been living with symptoms of tiredness, tingling arms, tingling legs, muscle pain in arms, legs, joints, chest, dull headaches for days at a time, dizziness, loss of short term memory.  Last week while at work I had a sharp pain in my  head and then my hand and legs went numb and became very heavy.  I also had about 10 to 15 seconds which my speech was disjointed.  I thought I was having a stroke and called my wife to bring me to the emergency room.  While I went through my list of symptoms..........again and was told I need and MRI to rule out stroke.  Well the good news was I did not have a stroke, but my MRI came up with a brain lesion..........1 according to the doctor........possibly.  I was told that I needed to be checked for MS and spinal tap was done.  I thought to myself that finally...........I was going to have an answer to what was causing this feeling.  Well I was wrong, based on my spinal tap result they say it not MS..........where to go from here?  My current neurologist went on vacation without evening giving me the results.......I had to call over and over again before they would give me the results (time to find a new doctor-anyone know a good one in Denver?)

I am un-dx still but I was under the impression that a normal spinal tap is not the final word on an MS dx. I thought it was just one more helpful test to support a diagnosis.

I will have mine later in the summer. I know how frustrated you are wanting answers. I have had sx since I was in my 20s without answers. I am determined this time to keep pushing until I get one.

So to all of us who are still un-dx I say keep asking until you get an answer.
