on my 7th month of numbness left arm

Hi all im now approaching my 7th month of numbness pins and needles with no let up at all.

The numbness has never once ceased in my left arm and the pins and needles in my thumb fingers hand are increasing.

Amongst my other symptoms now, i have started with shooting pains in my legs and then it ceases after about 10 minutes.

I have my LP on wednesday so fingers crossed it will show something at least

Hi there - I hope you have some answers soon!

All I can say for the LP is lots of caffine afterwards - get a pile of energy drinks and start drinking immediately - do so for a couple of days.

I only had a few cans of pop after mine and then got the headache 1/2 way through the next day and they say to cure it is bedrest for 24 hours. I found it to be really hard to keep myself in bed because when I laid down I felt fine and then I could get up and move around for only about 20 minutes before the headache came back - I suffered like that for over a day and then remembered the caffine and starting chugging and then felt good (human) again. It was quite frustrating not to be able to be upright.

The procedure itself was a breeze - the worst part for me was me working myself up so much about it before hand.

You will do just fine :)

You definitely have something going on. Good luck with the LP. Try to think happy thoughts, it will be over before you know it. Oh and I got a case of those starbucks double shot expressos and drank them all for a couple of days after my LP. I hung out and watched old movies for a couple of days since I had mine on Friday. Hang in there.
