provigil every day or not

How do people take their provigil

do you take it every day?  or do you have rest days when you omit it.

I don't take it every day, but if I do a pm shift, or I know I'm going to have a long day, or if I'm at the last week of my Tysabri cycle, I certainly do. I don't take it any later tha 11 am, though, or I don't sleep well that night.

I spoke with my GP today he suggested that i increase it the days I'm working up to 200mgs twice a day

I normally take the first one at either 5 or 6 when I get up Dr. suggested I take another 200mg at either 11 or 12, ans see how that works out .

I'm with Ojibajo about that booster - I wish they would offer a little mini-pill to get me through the later part of the day.  If I don't take it, the exhaustion/close my eyes right now fatigue hits me about 3 pm.

I take it (generic) everyday unless I forget.

It's not habit forming. Fatigue is my worst symptoms. It's not a cure all, but it at least gives me a fighting chance. If I couldn't take it, I would probably lose my job. I only I wish that I could take a "booster" at about 2:00pm.
