What Heather said... If the Copaxone isn't going to be at room temperature (around 75° or so) then it should be kept cool - but be careful not to freeze it.
I would recommend using the cold packs that always come with the Copaxone when they send it to you, and maybe a small soft-sided cooler. That way you don't have to worry about getting water everywhere when they melt.
when I was camping this last weekend, I used my needle safe and just put it in the ice chest. That worked until the ice melted, and it ended up at the bottom, full of water. Fortunately the needle packs are resistant to getting soggy, so I poured out the water, let it dry, and it was fine. If you have to use ice, put your needle safe in a ziploc bag, then put it in the ice chest.
If you need to travel with 50 doses then you will be at least 50 days. Copaxone is only good at ROOM temperature for 30 days. Anything longer than that and the remainder of those doses would have to be kept cool and refrigerated.
I would call Shared Solutions and ask them how to carry it, so the medication will remain fully intact.

I know when my brother comes to visit us he doesn't worry about keeping his copaxone cool for the flight. I thought he had read some where that it is okay at room temp for a period of time. Not sure. But his over all travel time is around 10 hours to visit. Have you check on the copaxone website for the manufactures instructions?
Best of Luck,
Aura
