I have glasses, the vep I had was about a minute for each eye, I dunno if that's right or not, I am going to see my neuro on the 23 and discuss a plan of treatment, only problem is myt work is not too happy as I cannot drive ambulances anymore only treat my patients so I will see, they want to bord me medically so I have a lot to discuss with my neuro now
A normal VEP seems to mean that the neurovison systems is intact from the Retina to the Visual cortex without latency. That means that the vision issue is either refractive (glasses should help) or I guess there could be an issue with visual processing in the occipital lobe (pretty rare.)
My vision is a pain. After steroids, I waited about 8 weeks and when I couldn't stand it anymore, I went to a difficult vision ophthalmologist. He corrected things as best he could. I still have ghost images, but can see 20/20 corrected.

Hi there, so did they give you a Dx now? And have you checked to see if you could get glasses for your drivers licence?? Not sure?
Have you seen a Neuro Opthomologist yet?
I know it's horrible when it takes so long to find answers and you end up worse then it might have been.,
take care

It is possible a round of steroids may help your eye problem. Maybe Cobob will hop on this thread and give you a little hope.
Three neuro's? Sad isn't it? Stick around. You will hear horror stories on neuro's and their lack of dxing MS.
Hi again and welcome back. does this mean they have finally decided that you have MS and should be on treatment? The sooner you begin the better the odds are that you can slow this MonSter and take control.
I am so sorry the neuros have messed with you like this.
stay in touch,
Lulu
