No problem Heather! This will also give you, Kim, some idea as to how valuable it is for you to get back to us as to what the outcome is with your husband! We all need feedback, it is invaluable!
I hope this helps you and your husband Kim and we are looking forward to hearing from you!

Thank you sweetheart for your input on this question. I didn't know anything about seziures and MS. Thank you SO MUCH. You have given even me, VALUABLE information...
HUGS, Heather
Hey Kim...sorry to hear that you and your husband are going through this! I have been diagnosed with MS back in 1993 and it has been confirmed with MRI and Lumbar Puncture.
However, I presented with Grand Mal Seizures prior to my diagnosis of MS. Apparently this is very rare but it does happen as I can attest to. I have been seizure free for approximately 13 years as I have been on Tegretol (an anti seizure medication) since about 1995.
I must tell you that I only had my seizures at night while in bed and only my husband can attest to the severity of them at the time. I can attest to them the morning after as I would suffer severe strained muscles in the fronts of my legs from posturing (toes pointing down toward bottom of bed), severe cuts in my mouth and in my tongue from biting down and petichia (spelling not sure) broken blood vessels in the whites of my eyes and on my neck from the straining.
I would advise that if your husband is not currently seeing an MS Neurologist that he do so as I don't believe many regular neurologists would be aware of this presentation of Multiple Sclerosis.
Kim, I hope that I have been of some assistance to you and your husband and I do wish you the best of luck. As I said before, you would be in the best hands if your husband were to see an MS specialist to ensure whether your husband did indeed have a seizure and if he did in fact have one, to ensure that he doesn't have another!
Please know that we are here for you at any time, day or night, should you have questions, need to talk or just want to rant and rave!
Take care and please let us know what happens with your husband, we are all interested to know and it may help someone else in the same situation in the future.
Lots of Hugs,

bumping post up for Quix....
I have been diagnosed with MS for 12 years now and I have never heard of this happening. That is NOT to say that is can't happen with MS. This is one question I would like Quix to try and answer. She is much more of an expert about things like this, than I am.
I wanted you to know that your question will not go unanswered. We are very concerned about you and your husband. We will try and get you some answers. I promise dear.
Our best to you and your husband and we are so sorry that you both are having to endure something like this...
BIG ((((HUGS))))))
Heather
