Fatigue

I work during the evening and dont get back until the early hours. I sleep alot during the day thinking im catching up with my sleep but I do generally get 7-8 hrs at night.
I think that maybe I'm sleeping  too much and its making my fatigue worse but I just seem to want to sleep all the time, and I feel like I'm sleeping my life away.

The 2 day time shifts that I work are extremely hard cos I just can't seem to focus properly cos I feel I should be asleep.
Does anyone think that I should keep myself awake more during the day and then maybe I would'nt be so bad?

Hi Sam

Its good to see you around again .

talk to your dr.   I just got this advise from Ess.  Since you have a dx.you should be able to get some sx. relief.   I have the opposite happening ,  can't sleep enough.  Always fatigued.   Its not fun

I hope your sadness doesn't last .  You are young and need to be out with friends enjoying yourself , at lease sometimes.

Feel better     ((((((( HUGS )))))))

My doctor put me on Provigil.  It is helping. Maybe you could ask to try it?
