Monday again.......what's everyone doing

I don't have much going on, a Tysabri infusion tomorrow and dinner out with neighbors on Wednesday.
Other than that, still unpacking boxes.

Hi!  I'm still stuck trying to recover from abdominal surgery.  Of course, my left side was "on vacation" as soon as I woke up!  So that meant ICU for a few days, then additional help at home after that.  Was supposed to be in a rehab center, but my insurance ( a Medicare product, managed by Regence) had the daily copay set at $180 per day!) So I went home instead, haha!

Other than pain, I have nothing else going on this week.  Oh well, it's still good to be home!

Very busy week with medical appointments...

Monday I had a 2 hour MRI- brain and spine, with and without contrast dye. Always a fun time!

Wednesday is my weekly PT session.

Thursday I am seeing a pain specialist to get Botox shots in my left leg. They hurt like hell but they really loosen the tightness and spactisity in my leg so they are more than worth it!

Finally on Friday I meet with my neuro and review the MRI results.

Not a week I am really looking forward to, but you gotta do what you gotta do!

My week will be busy getting ready for my brother to come out from OR. He is going to help me for a couple of months with getting this house ready for sale and doing some work on the new ME house.

I`m glad Sarah, that you have nothing to do, you need a rest.  Good luck tomorrow on your final Tysabri transfusions, and take it easy on the unpacking, ((HUGS))

Alex, good luck on your chemo, I know the tired can be overwhelming, but, try and rest, and take good care of yourself.  ((HUGS))

I have got 2 more Dr. appts later this week, one for my cystocele that does not seem to have worked, and the other about my surgery for reduction, so, we will be busy this week, and now with the bladder infection and a horrible cold, we will be taking it easy too.

I have no energy. Trying to find out how to beat this fatigue. I had a bunch of blood work today.

I have chemo on Thursday if my white blood cell count has gone up enough.

Trying to get some art done but I am just too tired.

I had my neuropsych eval this morning and will get the results on Nov 4. I definitely noticed short term memory and visuospatial issues but my fingers are crossed that it won't be as bad as I felt like it was.

No other appointments this week, but we have a team building meeting Wed morning. A lot of issues in our little team so I hope it is relatively drama free.
