I really feel for you with your swallowing problems. Is it possible this latest issue is related to a flare and may improve, or do you think it's a new 'normal' for you?
I don't suffer from swallowing problems per se, only for a few minutes after my nocturnal choking episodes when I'm sick so don't have any suggestions, only cyber hugs. :-)
Hopefully the speech therapist will be able to help you. If not though, don't lose heart as there are some other options.
Take care
Poppy

There is information out there on dysphagia and MS but I'm sure at this point you have read everything. With the continued weight loss, I would imagine your doctors are concerned and i hope they have come up with some type of supplement.
You are wise to recognize this could be your new normal, but perhaps the team there will have some new tips and ideas for you to help cope with this problem. I'll hope there issome new tricks you can pick up in therapy.
hugs, Laura
Kat, please take care and pursue all the best treatment options. I hope you have a really good MS doctor. This kind of issue is one of the most serious in MS, even though it's not 'typical,' whatever that may mean.
Let us know how things are going, okay?
My best,
