Feeling of fullness

I am a limbolander.  Follwo up  appt in march with ms specialist.  Several lesions in the brain (5-7), parasthesias are main sx so far.  No lesions on cspine but tspine not done specifically, unless it was visible on the 2 brain mris I've had.  My question pertains to a recurring sensation I have.  Difficult to describe except a fullness that usually starts with ringing in one ear, fullness in head and chest.  Not quite a squeezing but just a heavyish full feeling.  It only lasts a few seconds but numerous times a day.  It hasn't happened in a while and now the past week it's been happening more.  I plan on mentioning it in March but wondering if anybody has felt anything like that, dx or limbo.

I get that full feeling in my head, but not chest.  Mine sometimes takes days or weeks to go away and is constant.  So far, noo treatment for it.  It comes with my dizziness.  I tried telling the first Neuro I saw about it and he told me there was no such thing.  I ended up firing him, found a new Neuro, described it to him and through MRI and spinal tap, he was telling me I had MS the same time I got the letter from the first Neuro telling me there was nothing wrong with me.  Be careful of your Drs.  If they don't listen, or make you feel like you are wrong, find a new one.
