update from neuro

well had my appt the radiologist found 1 small periventricular hyperintensity in my deep white matter. i asked about the U fibers and he said well we are just going to go with what the radiologist said. ( so i guess going to school to become a neurologist did not entitle him to have an opinion of his own) anyway the neuro is going to set me up for another mri of my spine with contrast , and he said that if its clear then he's going to go for a dx of peripheral neuropathy . so i guess thats that for now. im happy for at least something being found even if the neuro feels that its nothing and at least he's doing further tests i will keep ya all updated and thanks so much for listening

thanks and yes i am lucky for getting this close so soon though i will have to do some reading on peripheral neuropathy to fully understand what it entails, i do know that most of my symptoms are consistant with that and yes i am happy sorry if the above did not sound as such im a thinker and it takes a few days for me to absorb things..lol..
