Help, MRI results what does this mean?

Hi,

I have been having these spells every 4-6 months for the last 6 years, they thought a long time ago MS, but the MRI in '06 showed perfectly normal, so they figured I was allergic to aspartame.  I have still been having these episodes (basically where I will loose part of my vision, feel dizzy and then very weak and extremely tired, also have pins and needles in fingers/hands, tongue, either side of head, lower sound of hearing in right ear and then a ringing through it), however since the last 2 (one in Nov'09 and Mar'10) I haven't fully recovered from them (the ones before those ones the next day I would feel normal) and am really feeling terrible.  I am living on gravol (motion sickness) and advil (headaches).  I had another MRI in May'10 and it came back with a non specific T2 hyperintensities in the midline pons, brain abnormality.  I just experienced another spell last week where my vision was blurry for two days and then the spell happened, I've felt extremely exhausted since, sleeping tons and actually got sick to my stomach a few days after (i'd also been in the heat that day for about an hour, which did make me feel a lot worse).  I have recently changed my diet, hopefully thinking that may help.  I am getting really sick of this I am love to play/chase my young children around and love to run and work out, feeling like this I haven't been able to do any of this in months.  Please help me with your expertise!! I need some more!!

Thank you for your time!

Dear Friend,
I have been doing a lot of literature search for your signs and symptoms.
The main block here is that i am not able to examine you, for which i am not able to elicit the signs / symptoms , which would had helped me ( or any other neurologist).
In this scenario, i would be heavily relying on your history as well as the scan results.
Presently there are few changes in your scan, which is not correlating fully with the time span of your signs and symptoms. So we need to ignore the same.
The best way out is to have a consultation with a good councilor and then we can decide further on the course of action.
Please discuss... as my answer is little vague... but i need to know more details, from a councilor's point of view.
Regards

I forgot to mention that my eye doctor also asked me if I had any neurological disorders, since he keeps seeing an increased amount of white cells in my optic nerve.  I have also had my evoked potenials tested and then came back good.  I know my body and something is not right in it!
