Need more suggestions

Here is my ealier post you answered

I want some other ideas that could be casuing my symptons other than my doctors idea of intercranial hypotension

no headache until Aug 27, 2009 Started off with just feeling a little drunk LH ears-eyes weird for a day or two, followed by severe headache and light senstavily that was dull but i think pulsiating at 1st. Next day had vertigo - dizzyness - off balance sensation that was bad but not severe.

Now 5 months later I am still suffering. Never had a headache before this (so def. new onset of headaches, now chronic).
Test since headache brain MRI w w/o contrast (normal) I will note that this MRI was only 3 weeks from onset of headaches. CT aniogram of neck, MRI cervical spine (this was 2 weeks ago) all normal..
hiv negative, same as anti nuclear bodies, ace, ehrlicha, rickesttsial, bartonela.
Saw a Ophthalmologist, eyes look good, not BBPV

Spinal tap in OCT 09 forever to get the fluid. All labs normal, except very slightly elevated protein. a clue?
they tested glucose protein vdrl gam stain fungal culture cfyptocooca afb stain
I am still dealing with mild headaches, along with vertigo-dizzyness-off balance sensation, minor confusion, out of it feeling, light sensativity, which makes my vision either messed up or blurry - watery, hard to see clear.
I do have about 2 days a week where my sympotons are much better, but they just wont go away. I still go to work on days I can, and even when I have real bad symoptons, my brain still works as in I know who i am, can do math problems in my head ect.
what else can I get tested for?
I was thinking maybe I have a blood clot in brain or inflmation of artey, but this seems unlikley given 5 months right?
I will note that I have a 2.5 year history of unknow cause of left sided only facial numbness. never had a headache then though and it has improved soo much, but may be realted

Dear Friend,
I must appreciate the fact that you have written all the details in this post. But i would still label this condition same, as my previous diagnosis , because the cause is not known ie idiopathic.
Kindly consult your treating doctor /take a second opinion as that's the best way out presently i can think off for you.
Regards

I am at the point where I would trade a hand, to get rid of this for good.
Though I do have good days, this is getting really old.

Also, everyone of my neurological tests have been great, except I have horizontal nystagmus, but I was born with it.

I have 5 brother and sisters, all great health, no headaches. parents in the late 60's look like they are 50, great health never any problem. Only head acher in famiyl my my grandpa, but I thought it was unusually for migrains to skip a generation from what I have heard.

As far as the L sided facial numbness, maybe related? I had a special MRI done for this years ago, and it was perfect.

I am only 25, eat health, not overweight and in shape compared to the average person.

Had a hearing test last month, was very very good. but I occasionly do get ringing in my ears.
