Trigeminal Neuralgia

I was recently dx with TIC, and have a history of white matter lesions on my brain.  I am 29 yrs old.  The symptoms of TIC have been occuring for almost 10 years.  From what I understand TIC is rare in young adults.  I have had numerous MRI's due to the lesions on my brain, and there was never a tumor or anything noted.  I have sporadic weakness in one of my legs as well.  It is much like the TIC, there is no pattern, and it doesn't last long.  Any clues?

Can MS show in Lumbar area?  I had an EMG on both legs that showed some slowing of the nerves entering/leaving the lower back or spine

Dear Buddy,
For whiplash, the only treatment is cervical collar.And i need your Lumbar spine MRI done also, to comment on your leg weakness.

I have had my spine done recently.  Only the C & T Spine.  There was some bulging, but no lesions.  I also had an issue recently where I went to the ER for pain they told me was "Whiplash", but I had not been injured.

Dear Friend,
Trigeminal Neuralgia is a really painful condition.However the lesion in your white matter may not linked with the same.If , after numerous MRI's nothing conclusive has been found about your brain's white matter lesions,then it's better to pause the things.
However the alarming thing is the sporadic weakness in your legs.I would suggest you to get a MRI screening of the full back.Maybe it will reveal more findings rather than multiple brain MRI's.
Let me know after your MRI is done.However till that time, i would suggest you to take some medicines like VitB12 and other nerve stimulator/energizers along with your back physiotherapy;
Regards,
