2nd post, please help (MS symptoms)

I'm a 20 year old male and in the past 7-9 months or so I've been experiencing muscle twitches all over my body (including internal twitches that feel as if they're in my stomach or heart) along with chest pain. Just recently I've been starting to have muscle pain, and short periods where I feel breathless and have to take a quick and large breath.  I've also developed ADD-like symptoms the past few weeks as well as slower mental processes (takes me longer to think of words, I mix up my words a lot and have to talk slowly and very deliberately).  I eat fairly well (I'm a college student I try my best) and exercise regularly, I'm worried that many of the symptoms I have are early signs of MS.  Are there any other possibilities and what should my course of action be regarding my doctor (he doesn't seem to take any of this that seriously which has discouraged me to the point of feeling helpless).

(Don't know if this will be related but about 1-3 months before I started exhibiting these symptoms I snorted approximately 130mg of Adderall, which I know now is far, far too much and am sincerely worried that I may have fried my brain/my heart with that high of a level of amphetamines)

I am glad to hear u were scared straight, but was confused how someone so interested in his physical appearence paid not attention to his physical health.
As for being in college, make sure no one slips ne thing in ur drinks ect...college is not a license to be intoxicated or stoned.........I'll keep the rest to myself.

I pray u go to ur dr and tell him all the drugs u did.

thanks for the advice, as to the question of why do I exercise, well I just like to be in shape?  I try to make it to the gym about 4 times a week where I usually do about 20 minutes of cardio and an hour or so of weight lifting.  As far as the drug advice goes trust me this whole experience has scared me straight, I quit smoking weed and doing any pills, other then alcohol (c'mon I am in college after all) I don't take any drugs what-so-ever.

I am not a dr, but u can possibly have low levels of vitamin and minerals...along with stress from school!! Ask ur dr to do labs and have ur levels checked...low potassium and magnessium can cause twitching.....brain fog...ect....and yes drugs, not matter what form, legal or not can cause very scary side effects...u can cause perm damage.
u have to ask urself....do I want a future?....because that kind of reckless behavior will not lead to one.may I ask...y do u exercise?.......

Tell ur dr what u did and be honest, otherwise he can not help u..and stop doing things that can hurt u!!!

Good luck
Godspeed
